Terms of Service

If You are a new customer please arrive 15 minute early to class. All customers, please bring clean sneakers to change into at the studio, and do not wear dirty shoes into the tread room or on the treads. If you are not able to make it to class, we ask that you cancel your class within 10 hours of the start of class to avoid any fees. If you cancel within the 10 hour window, you will lose the class and be charged $10. If you “no show” you will be charged $15 and loose your credit. Because we have limited treads, we need to make sure everyone can get into class if possible. Thank you for understanding, please email info@mystryde.com with any concerns or questions.
